I joined Elgin Artists in 2012. Since then we have traveled overseas to France, India, Japan and Italy, painting together  Each person painted and draws in his own style, enjoying the inspiration and encouragement we get from one another. The Group has also painted en plein air within Victoria and regionally. We have participated in Life Drawing lessons but normally we paint without a teacher.  I paint en plein air and in a studio. During Covid I lived at Barwon Heads for over two years  and participated in a fortnightly Art Challenge.  It inspired me to paint 40 canvases in 36 weeks.  Post Covid I have painted with Charlotte Thodey but usually I paint by myself.
