I am a realistic painter working primarily in oils, with a focus on animals and still life. I began painting in the mid-2000s and have developed my practice through tuition with individual artists as well as group workshops. After several years, I expanded into printmaking, concentrating mainly on linocut, and found the process deeply engaging. The COVID period, however, restricted access to printing presses and prompted a return to painting. More recently, I have begun exploring botanical art, which I intend to pursue alongside my ongoing oil painting practice.
